Returns & Exchanges

Goods sold are non-refundable, unless fault or breakage occurs in which case we request providing proof by sending images etc. 

You will also be responsible for return postage.

 

Faulty candles are rare and at our discretion, and are handled on a case by case basis depending on the issue. 

 

Please note we cannot exchange or return if you have simply changed your mind.
